Tub Timed app for iPhone and iPad

Tub-Timed is a family-friendly game of colors and shapes designed for play as a learning tool for children of all ages. And for advanced play, Tub-Timed incorporates a unique “shape-shifting” feature that makes the game challenging and fun for the whole family! Watch the tub fill up, then try to collect as many correctly shaped and colored sponges as you can before they disappear down the drain and the tub runs dry! Choose from 4 different levels of difficulty and set the tub time to your own liking, from one to five minutes per game. The sponges are also numbered at 10, 20, or 30 points each for additive scoring, but collect the wrong sponge and its point value is subtracted from your total!

Use the “TIPS Towel” to guide yourself through playing features that allow all ages to play at their own skill level.

Shape shifter feature:

Ready to advance your play? Select the shape-shifter feature in combination with any of the four levels of difficulty but keep a close eye on the target shapes in the soap dish! They shift from shape to shape and color to color after every correct grab! Losing track of the shifting shapes could send your score down the drain!


Set-up and Game Play:

1. Enter player name for Leader Boards. To change players enter new name.

2. Set tub time, from 1 to five minutes of play per game.

3. Select level of difficulty from 1 to 4;

Level of Difficulty 1: Match one shape in one color (i.e; yellow circles). The game will randomly select and place a sponge in the soap dish at start-up. Collect all sponges in that color and shape. Correct sponges are worth 10, 20, or 30 points each. Collecting incorrect sponges deducts their face value from your score.

Level of Difficulty 2: Match two shapes and colors at the same time (i.e; yellow circles and green squares). Correct sponges are worth 10, 20, or 30 points each. Collecting incorrect sponges deducts their face value from your score.

Level of Difficulty 3: Match three shapes and colors at the same time (i.e; orange circles, green squares, and purple hexagons). Correct sponges are worth 10, 20, or 30 points each. Collecting incorrect sponges deducts their face value from your score.

Level of Difficulty 4: Match four shapes and colors at the same time (i.e; purple circles, orange hexagons, yellow stars, and green squares). Correct sponges are worth 10, 20, or 30 points each. Collecting incorrect sponges deducts their face value from your score.

4. For advanced play, choose “Shape-Shifter On” in combination with any of the four levels of difficulty but keep a close eye on the target shapes in the soap dish! They shift from shape to shape and color to color after every correct grab! Losing track of the shifting shapes could send your score down the drain!

5. For helpful game play tips, select the TIPS button in the lower right corner. The “TIPS Towel” will guide you through playing features that allow all ages to play at their own skill level.
